Recently I had the pleasure of taking my best friend Mylinh out for her birthday. I've known her... ALL MY LIFE. No kidding. From the moment we were birthed, God said "there's your best friend, go say Hi", and so we did! On her special day this year we hit up a few spots to engage in some delicious food, sweets, and mischief. The first place was Cafe Mimosa in San Clemente. The day was ours to claim cause the skies were radiantly blue, and the air was crisp and clear. They had great egg benedicts and charming mimosas. We drove around until we found a cute bakery down the street to munch on some amazing cupcakes. Our next stop was the Science Discovery Center in Santa Ana where Mylinh was taken back to her elementary school years. And lastly we visted Color Me Mine in Tustin to make a cereal bowl... her all time favorite food.
