Nygel & Jeffery's family is one of the most active and fit families I've ever met! Nygel is an amazing fitness instructor. I've taken a few of her classes in the past and it was butt-kicking crazy!!!! She has so much energy and creativity. She really pushes everyone in the class to go far!! Her kids are amazing, and incredibly smart! I was so blessed to have met them all and have the chance to run around the beach with them as well!
