So here was breakfast this past Saturday. I wish every morning could be like this!
Normally when I buy groceries if it's something like vegetable oil, butter, or even eggs, I usually stick with generic brands only because they're HALF the price of namebrands. Also, shopping at specialty markets such as Trader Joe's always supplies better processed and cheaper prices on things like cake mix and vegetables. I looove Fresh & Easy, Sprouts has been another favorite, and also Hmart. My sister and I go 2 weeks on a 30-40 dollar budget on food for the both of us COMBINED. Its amazing! And that's including some splurging on sweets such as ice cream!!

It will be BREAD AND CAKE MANIA!
But for now, I'll settle with pre packaged mixes.

And here it is!!! It came out soo moist, and tasted even better the days after!
I want to try to learn how to make it even more DENSE.
This was a bit fluffy for my liking but still pretty good.
Next I had some Blackberry Oatmeal!
Plain Quaker Oats Oatmeal + Vitamin D Whole Milk
(Microwave for 1:35 minutes, stir stir stir!, then Microwave again for 1:30 minutes)
Then add 2.5 tablespoons of Fresh & Easy Blackberry Preserves (99cents on sale!!!)
The difference between Preserves & Spread by wikipedia (lol)
What I notice is that preserves have less whole fruit in it, its more like spreadable jelly.
Spreads from my experience have more whole fruit in it.
Both are really good. Fresh & Easy's Blueberry spread is a staple in my house.

All it needed was real blackberries, blueberries, to top it off...
but those aren't in season and they cost an arm and a leg to buy, so this will do for now.
Still good and not too sweet!

FAST Healthy Low Cholesterol Eggs!
3 JUMBO Eggs (but only used 1 yolk), 1 Fresh & Easy Organic Mozzarella Stick, Pepper
Sorry, I almost finished eating it before taking a picture. lol.
Slice up the mozzarella into 1cm
Whip the eggs, add the cheese!
MICROWAVE for 1:35 minutes
Add some pepper to your liking
Then eat! Yumm.... cheesy goodnesssss!
